We offer indoor plant accessories, including trellises, support stakes, decorative picks, pot-rim accents, miniature garden decor, plant markers and styling sets. Read the individual listing for the exact function, size, material and quantity.

Only the pieces identified in the product’s included-items list are supplied. Plants, pots, soil, moss and styling props are not included unless the listing explicitly includes them.

The collection is intended for indoor use unless a particular listing states otherwise. Do not assume that a decorative item is weatherproof or suitable for outdoor exposure.

Compare the dimensions with your pot and available soil space. A stake’s overall height can include the section inserted into soil. Pot huggers need a compatible rim thickness and hook opening. Decorative picks and labels are not substitutes for plant supports.

We normally prepare an order within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. This preparation period is separate from delivery. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

The usual estimate is 7–12 business days after dispatch for supported destinations. A destination-specific estimate shown before purchase takes precedence. Weather, customs, holidays and carrier interruptions can affect the timing.

Available destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Review the amount before paying. If checkout does not offer a shipping method for your address, email service@vorlenu.com before ordering.

Contact us promptly with your order number. We try to make changes before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee them once preparation has started. A successful pre-fulfillment cancellation has no cancellation fee; any collected payment is refunded to its original method within 5–10 business days.

After dispatch, we email the available tracking details to your checkout address. The first carrier scan may take time. Check your spam folder and contact us if the details are missing.

Check the delivery area, household members and building reception, then contact us if the parcel remains missing. We investigate with the relevant delivery or fulfillment provider. A delivered scan alone does not automatically remove your eligibility for a remedy.

Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of delivery. For a preference-based return, keep the goods unused and in original condition with their packaging and included pieces. Contact us before sending anything.

You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return, and the original outward shipping charge is normally not refunded in that case. There is no restocking fee. When goods arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed, we provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost, including necessary return shipping.

Approved return refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. When no return is needed, an approved refund is issued within 5–10 business days of approval. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it.

Use the methods actually displayed in Shopify checkout for your order. The available methods may vary. We do not ask for a separate off-site payment to complete a normal website order.

Email service@vorlenu.com and explain your request. Depending on your location, rights may include access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, consent withdrawal or an opt-out. We may need reasonable verification before acting.
