Seller and purchase terms

Guangzhou Zengli Trading Co., Ltd. operates vorlenu.com under the vorlenu™ brand. These conditions apply to purchases placed through this store. You must have the legal capacity or appropriate authorization to enter the transaction. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.

Submitting and confirming an order

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details, and check the final total and selected variant before submitting an order. An automated confirmation acknowledges that the order was received.

If stock, shipping availability, payment verification or an obvious listing error prevents fulfillment, we contact you about the available resolution. We refund collected payment for goods we cannot supply and do not replace them with a materially different item without agreement.

Products and intended use

The product listing identifies the item’s dimensions, materials, variants and included quantity. Display settings can affect the appearance of colors, but goods must still conform to their material description. Props and living plants are excluded unless expressly included.

Use each product according to its stated purpose and safety information. Decorative picks, labels and miniatures are not automatically plant supports or toys. Check rim fit, soil space and insertion dimensions where relevant. Do not assume outdoor suitability unless the listing states it.

Price and payment

The checkout shows the item price, currency, applicable discounts, shipping cost and taxes collected by us before payment. Use an available checkout payment method. Provider-imposed conversion and transaction fees are governed by the provider’s terms.

Price changes apply to future orders. If an obvious price or description error affects an order already submitted, we contact you to resolve it or cancel with the appropriate refund rather than silently increasing an agreed payment.

Preparation and delivery

Normal processing is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation; the usual delivery estimate is 7–12 business days after dispatch, subject to any destination-specific estimate disclosed before purchase. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Where separately payable, destination-imposed import charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless included at checkout. The registered company address is not a statement of dispatch origin. We investigate delivery problems and provide an appropriate remedy for confirmed loss or non-delivery.

Cancellation and order changes

Request a cancellation or address change promptly with the order number. We try to accommodate it before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment or shipment preparation has started. A successful pre-fulfillment cancellation carries no cancellation fee; refunds of collected payment are issued to the original method within 5–10 business days.

When an order has shipped, the applicable return conditions govern. Additional reshipping costs caused by customer-supplied address errors are explained and agreed before reshipping; correction of our own error is not charged to you.

Returns and refunds

Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Preference-based returns require unused goods in original condition, with the packaging and included pieces; you pay return postage, and outward shipping is not ordinarily refunded. No restocking fee applies. Contact us for approval and the correct destination before posting.

For damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods, we provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost. A refund of an entire order caused by our error includes the relevant original shipping charges. Approved return refunds are issued to the original method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection; an approved refund needing no return is issued within 5–10 business days of approval. Provider posting may take longer.

Consumer rights and responsibility

No provision removes statutory remedies, mandatory warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A separate voluntary guarantee applies only when expressly described for the product.

If an event outside reasonable control interrupts fulfillment, we communicate the available options. Such an event does not by itself cancel applicable consumer rights, including relevant cancellation or refund rights.

Resolving a concern

Email service@vorlenu.com with the order number and a description of the issue. We review the concern and explain the proposed resolution. These terms do not require you to give up access to courts, regulators, payment-provider processes or other lawful remedies.

Mandatory law and consumer protections apply where required. We do not impose a term requiring customers to surrender protections that cannot be waived in their jurisdiction.

Updates

The terms presented when an order is placed apply to that purchase. A later update does not retrospectively remove those agreed rights. The date above identifies the current version. Contact customer care if you need clarification before ordering.
